We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
Cara and Sami is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6. Exchanges
We hope you love your Cara and Sami piece, but in the rare event that your item arrives defective, damaged, or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (some exclusions apply).
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and returned in their original packaging
- Shipped within 5 days of receiving your return authorization code.
